Ars Nouveau addons

A few addons were implemented, just for fun.

Neat and The One Probe

Added these because I had been playing other modpacks and got used to having them.

CraftTweaker

Added for balancing stuff.

And now we get to the balance changes.

Novice Spell Book is now harder to craft.

The novice spell book now requires diamond tools instead of iron, a bow, an enchanted book instead of a regular one, and 3 source gems. Magic is very powerful and you used to be able to start using it very quickly.

CobbleGenRandomizer is now actually balanced.

You can no longer get easy ores from a stone generator and basalt generator, ores have their own, balanced generators, Enlightened End ores and stones can now be generated, andesite and diorite generators have been removed because they can be produced through other means.
