-reducedDebugInfo=true is now a default gamerule for every world (disables f3 cords)
-forgive_dead_players=false is now a default gamerule for every world (neutral mobs that have been angered will no longer forgive you after dying)
-Added more boss mobs to allow players to regain max heath.
Notes
-Effective does cause heavy FPS drop at L_Ender's_Cataclym's Sunken City disable / remove Effective mod if FPS boost is needed.
