The Cosmic Equillibrium Update!

This update brings a massive overhaul to progression through Ad Astra, new elements and compounds, new reactions, balancing changes, and recipe additions/fixes as well as a few mod changes! Full list below:

- CADs can no longer ultimine, you will need to make more creative spells to get veinmining effects!
- Removed some of mob grinding util's more OP items and machines, also gone from JEI
- Hid some of the removed ProjectE items from JEI
- Added missing Chemical Compressor and Dissolver Centrifuge recipes
- Added missing Boron Dust recipe
- Rebalanced End Portal Frames
- Changed End Portal Frames to be able to be broken with any pickaxeto prevent griefing/mistakes in placement hardlocking progress
- Added several new elements and compounds related to Ad Astra materials
- Added AtomizedCustom mod which adds a new space related crop and resource, mooncane/moonsugar
- Added an anthralite element and changed some scorched guns mobs loot tables
- Minor tag fixes/additions
- Removed EMI and its addons for now to prevent a crash related to AE2 and the recipe tree, will potentially be added back when the bug is fixed on EMI's side
- Quest changes and additions
- Updated Fartilizer
