This update fixes a graphical bug that was causing FancyBlockParticles to not show particles, fixed a bug with explosions not showing the enhanced animation from Explosive Enhancement, adds default ranks so servers can be spun up with ready to use ranks for admins/players, removes Memory Leaks Fix as it is no longer on CurseForge and is obsolete with AllTheLeaks already in the pack.

- Added ParticleCore, ParticleRain, MidnightLib, Memory Settings, FTB Ranks, and Better World Loading
- Updated FancyBlockParticles and Explosive Enhancement
- Updated main menu background with a better photo
- Removed Memory Leaks Fix, it was obsolete with AllTheLeaks already in the pack
- Updated configuration files for Skyblock Builder and FTB Ranks to be more server ready and friendly
