-Updated mods list
-Added some new QoL mods such as Enderman Overhaul, Better Command Block UI, Weeping Angels, Dungeon Difficulty, Items Displayed, Moyai, and Copper Horns
-Removed some mods such as RPGDifficulty and Clipboard
-Added 3 new hats for the minecraft mob vote, 1 for each new mob candidate.
-Added some new sound effects that can be played via commands.
