This is a Hotfix to fix a Mod and some recourcepacks that shouldn't                                        have been included, like Overload Phobic and some for now not included mods recourcepacks and more.

-Removed texturepacks for the smiler,Cave Dweller, Midnight lurker and Overload Phobic.

-the Biome Scorched_Caves do now not spawn anymore.
