Configuration Changes
- Changed colony strictness to load all claimed chunks (minecolonies not ftbchunks)
- Enabled configuration for minecolonies to allow colonist to work during the rain to speed up progression
- Enabled umbrella in config for vampirism to allow the crafting of the item
- Reverted Lootr chest to prior textures
