📜 The Vision of the King of Light: The Complete Chronicles
Chapter I: The Man of Dust
And it came to pass in those days, that in a small village there dwelt a man, and he was not of high stature nor of renown. A man of the streets was he; he had no children, no future, and no cantor to sing his name. He possessed no spirit, and no neighbor was a friend unto him. And by the tears that were restrained from his eyes, no light came forth from him, for he dwelt in silence, and his days were forbidden unto him as the vision of a blind man.
Chapter II: The Divine Covenant
And the man was taken unto his old house, and there they sought to sever his head. And in the shadow of the death, the lights grew dark, and behold, Death sought to take him. But suddenly, the Voice of the Lord thundered:
"Behold Mine eyes, for thou standest upon the earth before Me. Thou art void of all power, and yet, I give unto thee a Rainbow of Light—a Sword of Diamond, glowing with the radiance of Azure."
Chapter III: The Burning Path
And from Above, he had no choice, and he went forth as a man who is a burning fire. He returned unto that village where men had cast dust upon him. And by the tears of the morning that fell from his eyes, he remained until the dawning of the morrow.
And the men who had cast stones and dust upon him received the most grievous of messages: they found themselves in utter darkness, and not one of them beheld the light of day evermore. But the man of the vision fled; and when he departed, the people’s sight returned, yet they remembered not the man whom they had sought to slay.
Chapter IV: The Vile City of Velgen
And he journeyed unto a small city called Velgen, and it was fair to look upon. Yet the people thereof were vile one to another and unto strangers; and for the very act of treading upon their soil, they bound him unto the pillar of their sister.
Chapter V: The Transformation
And suddenly—Krames! His muscles waxed great, his hair grew long, and no man could soften his resolve. His strength increased tenfold, and his power became sevenfold and no less. In that dark night, he rent the blue cords as if they were rolling cotton.
And having loosed himself from the blue bonds, he laid hold of a wicked inhabitant and rent him in pieces. He took his head in his hands and set his fingers within his eyes; with both hands he gripped the skull and clove it asunder.
Chapter VI: The Deliverance
The inhabitants were sore afraid and fled in pursuit, but in a Great Wrath, his head was severed. A thousand wicked men were slain, that he might deliver the Jews who were imprisoned there.
Chapter VII: The Messenger and the People
And when he had delivered the Jews from their prison, he purposed in his heart to join himself unto them. And he cleaved unto the small Jewish people, and behold, he discovered that he himself was even as they; for these were his own people, the little ones. He who began as the least of all—became the Messenger of the Lord.
Chapter VIII: The Eternal Decree
And the tale shall be forgotten, for it is poured out even as wine. But this is the word that shall remain:
"Take thou nothing for granted. Cherish every detail and honor every small thing; for if thou doest not, thou shalt surely be broken in the end—sooner, and not later."
