Updated forge to 47.4.0 (47.3.11 --> 47.4.0)

Endgame Changes:
- Added back Electrum Singularity (not included in ultimate singularity), only used in Ostrum Engine recipe
- Added 6 new singularities
- Globally reworked singularity recipes, more energy consumption, material cost, etc...
- Added "Chaotic Wormhole", used to make Exotic Matter

- Blacklisted mobs from Mowzie's Mobs in Apotheosis Spawners (Fix crash on dedicated server)
- Added a crafting recipe for Point Blank's Arms Dealer Workstation
- Added new tooltips for Pipez's pipes transfer rate
- Fixed TFMG magnetic ingot not showing in JEI
- Added 3 new decorative blocks (Crystallized Fluids)
- Reduced "totalAllowedChunks" for Chicken Chunk's Loaders (4096 --> 2048)
- KubeJS code cleanup
- Set RAM recommendation value to 8192Mb in exported profile (If you're updating, check if it didn't override your memory settings)
- Player is now always shown as "aiming" when using point blank weapons in third person
