• Increased max colony size to 32 chunks (20 -> 32)

• Decreased max citizen per colony to 96 (250 -> 96)

• Increased max distance from spawn to build a colony to 2147483647 (30000 -> 2147483647)

• Increased min colony distance from spawn to 512 (0 -> 512)
