Expect breaking changes if you want to update and keep using an old save!

Updated Complementary Shaders to their latest version
Added AE Textures Backport resourcepack

- Modified the quantum bridge card recipe as a replacment of AEInfinityBooster cards
- Decreased Bigger Reactor reactor casings recipe output from 4 to 2 blocks
- The default difficulty when creating a new world is now set to hard
- Reworked BHC heart drops
- Nearly halfed singularities resource cost
- Decreased the amount of steaks you first spawn with from 12 to 8
- Decreased botany pot grow time by 10x
- Updated pack icon
- Increased Cataclysm structures spawn weight, they should be twice as common now
- Reworked spawner upgrade costs
