-Make halloweed & Creeplings rarer

-Increase health and dmg of Blaze King & Sanctum Skeleton

-Removed Dungeon Vanilla mod for overspawning mobs causing lag (I destroyed spawners from existing ones already in the world on the server)

-Removed Loot Integrations due to it causing issues with datapack items

-Fixed Improved Mobs causing some mobs to barely due damage

-Balanced Nether Mob Spawns
