Arcreux - Enhanced Pixelmon

Arcreux 2.6.0 :
Thanks to EvilRamenNoodle for testing and pointing out some bugs and error in the modpack !

Changelog v.2.6.0:
- Replace Storage Overhaul mod to Iron Chest (Storage overhaul break ultra space woods material)
- Add Quark mod (Worldgen and spawn disabled, only taking it's features such as easy item transfer)
- Add Farmer Delight to enhance adventure and exploration
- Add Faster Ladder Climbing
- Add Lootr (For Multiplayer server to get their own loot, usually the village they arrive already empty. On existing world this chest will generate on newly generated village only)
- Pixelmon Config Tweak: 
    > Breeding: no item requirement, 30min breeding time, faster egg hatching
    > Raids: Faster raid den recovery, more loot on higher difficulties, higher shiny and HA on higher diificulties
    > Pokeloot and Pokestop : 24Hrs cooldown -> 6Hrs
    > Wild Pokemon : Battle AI random to Aggresive, Higher max level wild pokemon, raise level per distance scaling
- Fix starting nomadic tent and backpack connected to each other on multiplayer (hopefully)
- Update some mods
