Nerfed max level of mobs from 500 -> 100 (this is to fix issues with some structures spawning so far out that it becomes impossible to beat them

Removed Roaring knight quest from super bosses (Currently dosent work how it was intended do to his dimension setting his level back to)

Fixed some quest icons do to AoA being removed

Decreased chance of infernal mobs 40% -> 10% (this should make it so bosses arnt as commonly to get the infernal modifiers)

Decreasesd the Ultra Sniffers hp from 10k -> 2k (this is being changed do to the 10k hp was set before level values. now with levels his hp goes to high hitting up to even the millions)

Made new health system more forgiving

Disabled Improved Mobs Temperarly for changes.
