Arcane Twilight

Get ready for a HUGE UPDATE!

Questing Changes:
* Added a quest noting the "dropped from" and "looted from" tooltips.
* Added a quest mentioning the resource packs I added to the folder.
* Updated Spell Shoutouts to include a description of the spells.
* Updated Magical Inconsistencies to better specify just how dangerous using Eidolon's time ritual can be. This is why I added a backups mod.

Naming Changes:
* Removed period from the Runic Tablet item's name
* Added a tooltip to Wasp Attractant to detail its function, and a tooltip for Gall Apples to indicate their method of acquisition.
* Renamed Druidcraft's Elderberries to distinguish them from Roots's Elderberries.
* PSI Changes
     * Altered description of PSI's Ebony and Ivory trick to show that it's done in the Inner Realm.
     * Added a line to the Bottled Substance tooltip to indicate that it simulates this trick.
     * Altered descriptions of PSI various infusion tricks to indicate the change in PSImetal's recipe.
     * Many changes to the PSI guidebook and the trick descriptions to avoid confusion and add continuity.

Gameplay Changes:
* Various Necromancer changes
     * The Necromancer now has 500 hp.
     * The Necromancer now drops something that is used in crafting the Seal of Warding.
     * The Necromancer will now resist falling damage.
     * Added Necromancer to Soul Gem blacklist
* Disabled the Solar Element Synthesizer and its lenses, as they don't work in the Twilight Forest.
     * Altered the Patchouli entry for them to indicate this.
* Disabled the structure finding eyes from Nature's Aura.
     * Attempted to alter the Patchouli entries for both the eyes and the rails, but it didn't let me. :(
* Improved Fruit Salad recipe.
* Removed accidental Glass Bottle dupe in Ink bottle recipe.
* Added a way to get the Miner Arcana: Astral Advancements.
* PSImetal Plate crafting recipes have been made cheaper.

Misc. Changes:
* Added a resource pack to the resource packs folder that changes the Ars Nouveau armor sets. It's optional.
    * I'll upload this resource pack and the Idol of Penance resource pack if someone complains at me enough, but I don't see them getting much use outside of this modpack.
