Arcane Twilight

Changes:

• (kinda) Added Brightstone, a material kept closely by the giants. 
• Myalite Crystals now require Brightstone instead of Nether Quartz.
• Brightstone can be used to craft Corundum Clusters, which can then be used to craft Corundum (blocks).
• Added Akashic Tome.
• Added Living Chest, as a drop from the Alpha Yeti.
• Gated Psi quite a bit.
  •     Ebony and Ivory now require Biotite and Brightstone respectively. 
  •     Ebony and Ivory can now be obtained via spell infusion in the Inner Realm.
  •     Psimetal is now crafted with Knightmetal instead of Gold.
  • Moved some recipes from Crafttweaker to datapacks so their recipes would properly show up in their respective patchouli entries.
  •     In particular, the Magician's Blood Orb, Iron and Gold Rod Frames, and Terrasteel Armor.
  •     This doesn't actually affect anything in-game, the recipes are the exact same.
  • Added some incontrol rules that I'm 90% sure will reduce Wilden spawns in caves.

Questing:

• Added a new quest, A Portable Library, to Rainbow Magic that showcases Akashic Tome.
• Updated The Giants quest description to indicate their new Brightstone drop, as well as adding Brightstone to the quest rewards.
• Updated the Yeti Caves quest description to mention the Snowberries drop as well as the new Eye Bone drop, as well as adding Snowberries to the quest rewards.
• Updated the Miscellaneous Decorations quest to include Corundum.
• Updated the Touch Your Mind quest description to reflect the alternative method of obtaining Ebony and Ivory.

Author's Note: I originally added Brightstone to gate PSI's ebony and ivory behind endgame. I also tried to think of some other uses for it, but I couldn't think of much. If you have any ideas, please let me know. Also thanks for reading the patchnotes! :D
