Version 3.0.0: The Grand Armory & Quest Expansion Update

Welcome to Version 3.0.0 of Arcane Circuitry! Building upon the performance foundations of our previous release, this major milestone introduces massive content expansions, brand-new endgame quest structures, and an extensive overhaul of our mod ecosystem.

Following extensive development and community feedback, we have added over 100+ new and restructured quests, updated over 100+ core mods to their latest stable releases on Minecraft 1.21.1, and introduced a completely reimagined visual layout for our endgame collection chapters.

📜 Quest Book Expansion & Radial Layouts

To make late-game progression more intuitive and visually rewarding, we have reworked several core quest lines and introduced a unique layout architecture:

• Radial Mandala Chapter Architecture: Major endgame collection chapters (The Grand Armory, The Grand Weaponary, and The Grand Tools) have been transformed into symmetrical, radial mandala layouts. Quests now branch outward in concentric rings from a central master node, creating a clear visual hierarchy from early tiers to apex endgame items.
• 100+ New & Reworked Quests: Over a hundred new quest milestones have been integrated across all branches of tech, magic, equipment, and automation—filling previous progression gaps and offering rewarding completion goals.
• Early-Game Synthesis Harmonization: Early progression chapters, including The First Synthesis, have been completely overhauled with re-established dependency lines, rich descriptions, and clean reward pathways connecting technology, magic, and creature management.
• Zero Tile Overlaps: Grid coordinates and spacing across all reworked chapters have been mathematically recalibrated to ensure every quest tile displays cleanly without visual clipping or overlapping lines.

🔄 Mod Updates & Ecosystem Refinements

A massive portion of our mod list has been updated to bring the pack to the cutting edge of stability and feature completeness:

• 100+ Mod Updates: Over a hundred core mods, performance libraries, and integration add-ons have been updated to their latest stable releases for Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge.
• Enhanced Cross-Mod Compatibility: Updates across magic, technology, storage, and dimension mods resolve several engine-level bugs, improve memory handling, and ensure seamless interaction between different modded systems.
• Improved Multiplayer & Singleplayer Stability: Latest library updates reduce tick lag, resolve world-saving edge cases, and provide a smoother, higher-performing gameplay experience overall.

⚙️ Technical Housekeeping & ID Architecture

To ensure long-term stability and prevent quest book corruption across updates, we performed deep backend maintenance:

• Unique Offset ID Architecture: Implemented a new 16-character hexadecimal ID schema with custom version offsets, eliminating ID collision risks with existing quest files.
• Text Formatting Sanitation: All quest titles, subtitles, and descriptions were cleaned and sanitized to prevent special character rendering issues.
• Clean Progression Pathways: Dependency references across all modified chapters were rebuilt from the ground up, guaranteeing smooth line connections without orphaned nodes or dead ends.
