* Enabled wrench pickup for Create minecart contraptions.
* Added support for using modded chests as storage on Create contraptions.
* Added ServerConfig Updater to automatically apply the updated configuration to existing worlds.
The modpack was tested after these changes, and no issues were found. Existing worlds will be updated automatically.
