Found some performance issues and changed stuff accordingly.
Decreased Ice and Fire Pixie village size and generation rate
Increased the overall structure spawn distance of Ice and Fire structures (they should now spawn further away from each other)
Decreased spawn weight of Dawn Era Coelacanth and removed cave spawn entirely due to insane accumulations of them.
