Ancient Warfare: Horizons

We are almost upon a major milestone- 1.10! 

In preparation for story/quest changes in the near future, the following refinements have been implemented:

Content/Balancing

+Invasions are more controllable to start. Preliminary waves now spawn for players with no gamestages.

+String to wool recipe! (my favorite)

+Repair trumpets with gold

+Repair all Epic Knights armor (including rusted), and minor recipe fixes

+Minor quest changes

+Improved food values for AW2 NPCs to be more in line with the pack
