-Added Extra Utilities

    -NOTE: (almost) all energy related items (besides the QED, it doesn't really use energy) have been disabled to keep true to the modpack's principle: No energy. The only energy related items that haven't been disabled are the energy node and pipes, haven't found a setting to disable those specificly in the config, but they are useless anyways since there is still no generator or machine that uses any kind of RF or buildcraft energy.
