All The Sky v1.0.3:

Updated All The [included] Mods to latest version

More Quests added/tweaked (again, thanks to xxWhisper)

Recipe Changes: 

• Mining Upgrade from ExtraUtilities2 now *slightly* harder to craft
• Pebbles from Botania no longer make cobble directly (but can be used to dupe cobble)
• End Cake made harder and renamed to "Bacon Cake of the Void" because bacon
• Rice Dough can now be made with any OreDict rice (but only makes 1 instead of 2)
• AE2 and RefinedStorage should now have the same requirements
