Fixed some issues with the watchdog crashing the server so no more needs to edit the server.properties.
disabled baby skeleton spawns since that somehow got enabled again.
Mods removed:
- Switches and gauges.
- Packing tape in favor of the mekanism cardboard box.
- Lightest lamps.
- Lighting wand.
- Blue power
Updated all the mods.
There will be more mods added in future releases since we are waiting on a few mods to update to 1.15
