WARNING THIS UPDATE REMOVES AD ASTRA CHESTS.
• Changes the tag format of GT batteries and circuits from "forge:" to "gtceu:" to match updated gtceu modern.
• Allow plates to be made in the updated Ad Astra and fixes oil compatibility

If you crash when turning on shaders just reload the pack and they will be on.
