New Quests and Performance Fixes!

 

Quests:
• Added ATM Chapter
• Added Basic Power Chapter
• Added Blood Magic Chapter, with custom reward table
• Added Forbidden & Arcanus Chapter
• Added Creative Chapter

 

Changed the following command cooldowns:
• /home: 30 minutes, down from about 3 hours
• /rtp: 2 hours, down from about 17 hours
• Enabled /tpa, cooldown is 10 minutes.

 

Performance Fix
• Remove common blocks from Cave Enderman Holdable
• Updated some of the mods
• Forge Version is 47.1.3
