Added custom recipes with CraftTweaker. These include:
Animal dictionary <-> Worn Notebook (Alex's Mobs to Ars Nouveau guide books)
Brimstone Crushing (Biomes O' Plenty)
Flesh Crushing (Biomes O' Plenty)
Eyebulb Cutting (Biomes O' Plenty)
Doormats (Supplementaries)
Turtle Soup Cooking (Aquaculture 2, generates free wooden bowls, though)
Leather pressing / Cutting (Alex's Armoury)
Removed tanning rack recipes, as the tanning rack merely being placed down has the potential to crash the game/crash servers. Please use the new recipes for strips and plates instead.
Recipes for Weapon Patterns.
Weapon patterns can be made by pressing paper, sand paper, and red sand paper for all three tiers of patterns, and the patterns can be pressed to make one another in an endless loop.

The tutorial has been updated as well, including guides on Create: Enchantment Industry, Magic Armor enchanting, an example of a simple super-storage utilizing item vaults and bookwyrms, and I moved that maned wolf because it went through the teleporter.
