Buffed XP for 8 gates to make sure you get 10 extra XP for every hostile hit(like jutsus)

Buffed tailed beasts XP to make sure you get 30 extra XP every time you turn it off in addition to the XP you would get regularly. 

So if you had it on for 10 seconds you'd get 40 XP. I made it 30 because the required amount of XP to get your max tailed beast form is around 4000 XP.
