__Bug Fix:__
Recipes:
- Removed recipes that arent for food from Farmers Delight Cutting (Thanks to Tennycool for reporting this!)
- Added full compat. between TFC and Farmers Delight (Everything is craftable and should use TFC food for ingredients!)
- Replaced all ingots/plates/rods etc with their TFC/Metallum equivalent. (This is part of an ongoing attempt to unify all the ingredients for recipes, and thus remove duplicate and impossible recipes)
- Added recipe to convert BOP Rose Quartz (found in the nether) into the Create variant
- Fixed Vanilla Campfire recipe
