Recipes:
- Added recipes to convert TFC dirt types
- Made all TFC gems usable for making Source Gems
- Added Create Sawing recipes for TFC wood types (log->stripped->planks->lumber)
- Replaced recipes for Quark chests and renamed to "Reinforced x Chest"
- Added recipes for Cherry and Redwood Logs and Planks (biomesoplenty) for TNT
- Added TFC gems and graphite to the Create Washing recipes

- Removed XP cost and world-gen for Waystones

- Doubled durability of tcon tools
- Added Pollution to the Coke Oven
- Doubled (4x original) the TFC Month Length to 32

__MineColonies__
- Made Foresters able to strip TFC logs
- Made Lightmans Currency ATMs and Trading machines always usable in a colony (so you can set up markets ;) )
- Added TFC ores as Lucky-Blocks
