- Added recipes to convert ingots -> nuggets and back again
- Removed Smoking (food) and Campfire recipes
- Added new recipe for Campfire (so it can still be used for early create steam generation)
- Removed T2 Meat (Recipe Stages weren't correctly handling the recipes for them and would randomly switch between T1 and T2 variants)

Quests:
- Added a bunch of quests to the "Welcome" section
- Changed "Food and Water" quest to use TFC leather flask
