A more playable update than the first one...

In this update:

1. We remade the shops with a new method, Which might cause issues on old worlds so we recommend using a new world to play
2. Added a new tutorial + recipes to make renewable resources including dirt, quartz, and soul sand
3. 5 more mods have been added to improve the gameplay
      + Water Strainer
      + Tetra
      + Tetranomicon
      + mutil
      + Straw Golem Reborn
4. Impure cobblestone has been buffed a bit
5. Replaced kelp with rubber in the create recipes to unlock more recipes without having to purchase kelp
6. Removed smooth stone to platformed plate recipe and replaced it with pressing rubber
7. Changed mechanical drill and mechanical saw using the thermal series saw and drill (Inspired from Create: Above and Beyond)
8. Some debugging and improvements on technical places
