AEROS Update Notes

The machines have been inspected, the bolts have been tightened, and a few suspicious snacks have been escorted out of the factory.

This update focuses mainly on stability, compatibility, and cleanup. A large number of mods have been updated to keep AEROS running smoother and to reduce crashes caused by item tooltips, creative search, world loading, and mod interactions.

Updated

A lot of mods have been updated
This includes general fixes, compatibility improvements, performance tweaks, and behind-the-scenes maintenance across the pack.

Temporarily Disabled

The following mods have been disabled for now while we investigate compatibility issues and crashes:

  • Create: Fuel & Water Information
  • Croptopia’s Chocolaterie Unofficial
  • Create: Food
  • Create: Garnished
  • Garnished Botany Pots
  • Create: Garnished Additions
  • Hearth and Harvest

Important Fixes

A creative inventory search crash was traced to Create: Food.
The crash happened when typing/searching in the creative inventory, where Minecraft tried to build item tooltip data and ran into a missing/null food effect.

A separate world creation/loading crash was traced to Hearth and Harvest.
This crash happened while Minecraft was loading Wandering Trader trades. Hearth and Harvest tried to access an older Farmer’s Delight configuration value that no longer exists in the currently used Farmer’s Delight version.

For now, both Create: Food and Hearth and Harvest have been disabled to prevent these crashes.

Notes

Some food-related content may be missing because of the disabled mods. This is intentional for now. Stability comes first; snacks come second. Painful, but necessary.

As always, make a backup before updating your world.

Thanks for playing AEROS, and enjoy the smoother skies.
