ZOMG! Stop With The Multiple Types of Ore Update! :

 

(hate doing multiple updates in one day but this should have been done sooner than later)

 

I know I've heard it plenty of times. Why are there so much copper from all the different mod types!? Myself personally, I loved it I felt all that copper could be used to make a lot of copper related machines. "But its clogging up my inventory!?". Okay make a bag and put in there lol. But its just me regardless this issue have been addressed for better or for worst.

 

So the many copies of ore i.e Electricage, Forestry, IC2, etc have all been removed. Majority of the main ores i.e copper, tin, lead etc is from Thermal Foundation and Immersive Engineering as well as libVulpes aka Advanced Rocketry. You'll also find ore that is specific only to a certain mod within the overworld. This update will only affect newly generated chunks/worlds not your current area also don't forget to double your ore there are many ways to do it early game.

 

I like this idea. It means you have to go out and mine longer, you might notice that it's getting dark so you place a torch for lighting. As you mine a few zombies notice the sound and the lights so they slowly approach and without warning they fire their weapons at you. So you run away, but in the opposite direction deeper into the cave where there's no light. There you notice a creeper and its too late to turn around. You try to think fast but you're caught between a rock and a hard place and before you could /home , you die a beautiful death! :D Perfect!

 

 

Other Updates:

 

Open Blocks grave deactivated, should have been in the beginning there's no use for it currently.

 

Adjusted the Gravestone mod, graves and memorials will not spawn as often or at all throughout the over-world to help with performance issues with all of the current overworld unique world gens. But player grave on death and wither catacombs will still spawn!

 

 

Suggestions:

 

Raid and Pillage Baby! :  You'll find a lot of unique resources if you raid, for example, bandit villages like Chromaticraft pages, Ars Magical skill orbs, diamonds, dark steel, etc the loot is grand! Fight for it!

 

Thermal Expansion’s Lexicon to ore dict resources if needed!

If you have any issues finding ore. LOOK HARDER! We're not perfect (unfortunately) we did as much testing as possible so with that said if you have suggestions, questions, comments, concerns, please politely voice them and we'll listen and if they are worth it we'll add them or make changes with the next update!
