MEDIUM UPDATE - Should Be Safe to Update, but many small changes have been made

Added 2 Music tracks to the main menu, both from Confluence's OST
Improved Controller Support, with pre-set keybinds and fixed the inability to shoot guns.
Increased Minecraft Potion's max stack to 16. This matches Confluence's potion max.
Added Effect Descriptions Mod (Curretnly only works with certain effects and vanilla ones. Full confluence effect descriptions will be written later)
Added Stylish Effects, moving effects to the top left and adding a timer. This is helpful for the potion sickness effect.
Added Equipment Compare
Added Loot Beams
Added Structure Essentials to hopefully prevent overlapping structures
Added some optimization mods such as Clumps
Removed the Recipe Book for performance
Disabled the default minecraft tutorial
Removed unnecessary mods and files
Updated all mods to their most recent versions
