Removed AE2 Meteor from spawning for real for real this time.
Would recommand to add "C2ME for forge" mod for a better chunk generation.

#thought Goety was way under powered compare to any other magic mod in this modpack. So for now, everything is buff x5. I'll get to a finer buff for every spell later. But for now that'll do. Also, invocation are unchanged, still trash.
