Pre v1.4 worlds are not compatible with post v1.4 worlds. 

-Disabled aw2 backpacks due to NBT length bug. This consequently makes the courier, warhouse manager, warehouse, and player owned trader npc's useless.

-Added better storage drawers and enabled quark item pipes as alternatives to item sorting and transport.
-Rebalanced some spells with increased cast times due to cycle cast "exploit." Reduced cooldowns to compensate (WIP, spell edits will be finished and finalized in the final combat update).
-Re-enabled bonemeal at a reduced effectiveness to compensate for removal of chunkloaders.

-Adjusted mob spawns.

-Added tiny mob farm blocks as a performance friendly way to farm animals.

-Increased airship balloon requirement to 75%.

-Capped various enchantment levels, e.g protection now has max level 2, fortune max level 2, projectile prot max level 3, etc to balance against mages and npc damage.
