Removed mods:
- Ma Enchants
- PlantTech 2
- Random Enchants

The enchant mods both feature bascially the same enchantments and some of them are a nuisance; PlantTech 2 needs huge static farms that fit ill with the theme.

Config changes:
- recipe: ProjectE transmutation table now needs purpur blocks instead of any stone
- ProjectE: added EMC values for a lot of items.
