Description
ZRPG IS FINALLY HERE
ZRPG adds a entirely new MULTIPLAYER FOCUSED RPG system from scratch that allows you to level your stats similarly to Dark souls, Elden Ring, and others by using minecraft XP as it's currency.
It also introduces new gameplay mechanics that encourage TEAMING UP as the main focus.
"It's dangerous to go alone!"
--Is ever more literal now with the added "Alone" mechanic that increases damage taken if there are more than one player in the server, and if they exceed 128 blocks in distance away from each other! Encouraging your group to STICK TOGETHER AS A TEAM while fighting dungeons, dragons, bosses, and unique mobs!
Pick your Class and GO!
Press Z key to open your class menu and select a class. After you select one, Press Z again to view your own personal stat screen! When you are in range to level up, a message will appear informing you!
Level up your stats every chance you get!
STRENGTH: Increase your Melee damage!
DEXTERITY: Gain a chance to crit or dodge!
ENDURANCE: Increase to wear better armor!
WISDOM: Magic classes will do more damage!
RECOVERY: Heal better as the healer class!
LUCK: Increase chances for extra ore or drops!
ARCANE: Decrease Cooldowns! (For ZRPG skills)
MINING: Mine with better tools!
MASTER Your Class!
The mastery level is living proof of your progression with that class! Gather mastery tokens by defeating boss mobs or finding them in loot chests that drop from mobs, and right click with it to consume and level your Mastery in the class!
Mastery is a permanent level up that affects certain aspects of your class, and if you change your class later, your MASTERY LEVEL will always be there when you change back!
Each 5 levels of mastery will grant you one of your 4 skills (the Mage does not own skills) that will increase in duration for each point of mastery level, and healer skills will increase in power based on it as well.
At mastery level 30 you can finally wear the Ascended armor for your class, giving it a potent passive!
Classes!
Warrior
Warriors do what they do best, TANK! The only class in the mod to allow Shields to be held, The warrior will gain the ability to Autoblock based off it's Mastery Level (see above). It's able to wield the strongest base damage melee weapons in the mod, and is extremely tough while wearing the Ascended Warrior armor!
Thief
Thief is the highest melee DPS in the game, attacking with lightning fast attacks and using dexterity with it's gear to increase it's critical hit chance and dodge chance! Using daggers, Scythes, Rapiers and Bows!
Mage
The mage has a wide variety of spells from ZRPG, as well as FULL access to the Irons Spellbooks mod! It's extremely powerful, and uses Elemental affinities to debuff and combo weaknesses for MAJOR damage! Wet enemies take more damage from lightning, Vine wrapped enemies take more damage from Fireball, and Wet mobs can also be frozen solid with Frost blast! Or summon a Tornado to carry those debuffs to ohter mobs! (it's AI might be a bit random though, forgive me)
Healer
The healer is the quintessential member of any group dungeoneering session! Shoot a healing bolt to heal players, use Mastery tokens to unlock buff skills, and keep your friends safe! Use Maces or Quarter staves to fend yourself, and look forward to your Ascended armor!
Spellblade
This one is a doozie. The spellblade is a requested class that centers around using Melee AND magic, using swords that can be imbued with elemental affinity, and combos with debuffs from the mage class. Use Arcane, Fire, Frost, or Shocking imbuements to enrich your attacks with elemental affinity, striking mobs with extra AoE damage if they're wet, or vine wrapped!
