New effects: Broken Armor, Crippled, and Blood Lust
Fixed Eclipse weapon having Aura Range as inner circle
Made Eclipse inner and outer circle size separately configurable
Made Pill Base recipe easier to craft and increased amount given
Pills now have a 0.5 second cooldown
