Added the Rose Gold Apple to some chest loot!

only in mineshafts, dungeons/monster rooms, desert pyramids, and big underwater ruins

(slightly higher than golden apple chances for the first two, slightly lower than golden apple chances for the last two)

 

Also changed the smithing template recipe to cost less and be more similar to existing vanilla recipes (like the clock or compass)
