Zian Utilities 0.1.0 Beta 1

This first beta brings the tested Zian Utilities systems together in one release:

• Generation control for Cobblemon spawns.
• Shared quests every three hours, weekly objectives, and persistent campaigns by generation.
• AVECOINS-backed quest rewards and ticket-powered gachas with visible prize odds.
• Persistent gacha prizes that can be claimed after freeing inventory space or restarting the server.
• Three themed equipment families with enchantable armor, tools, weapons, bows, and shields.
• A command-only 3×3 mining enchantment.

Multiplayer testing confirmed quest and campaign progress after a server restart, rewards for two separate accounts, successful gacha rolls, and rejection of rolls without enough tickets. Beta 1 uses the same gameplay logic as alpha.29; this update changes the version and release documentation.
