shock can be used in any form

extra panic require you to be extra then use panic capsem

 

originally this mod was just gonna be "what you CAN do with custom capsem" example for people to use custom capsems but i may just update this with all non canon stuff 

im leaving the lords in the zeztz mod for now but all new lords will be part of this addon instead tbh
