What's new

- Compat with PlayerEx! (v1.1.8) for:

a) Mana & Artifice(intelligence affects duration and magic damage)
b) Ars Nouveau (intelligence affects amplification and duration)
c) Any magical damage will grow(has low scaling, so, it should be not OP)
All those have config options to change.
- Changes to spell effect/component Mining Fortune (both M&A and AN)
- Fix of not showing properly recipes and so on for effects in AN
- Fix of XP Levels option do not shown in config
