Technical Changes -Updated to 1.21.1

Bug Fixes -Fixed an issue where the enchanting table was being instantiated incorrectly. If you update from an older version, you may need to break and replace the enchanting tables for them to function properly. -Added the floating book model to the enchanting table. The placeholder model is still used for the item model to distinguish it from the vanilla enchanting table better.
