YouTuber Structures (Reborn)

Added:
- Vanilla Fallback system so dependecnies are no longer needed
- Fixed the atlantic craft statue having no staircase on the first floor and a missing chest on the second floor
- Fixed Little Lizard statue from only having one chest at the top instead of two
- Added a /place command with tab compelete so every structre can be easily seen/inspected
- In game config

Changed:
- Renamed all structures to their coresponding youtubers
- Removed Tardis mod and Dark Core dependency the statues called for 17 total slabs from the mods now just replaced with stone slabs

Fixed:
- Structres spawning compeltely pitch black
