Add Shoot fire charge: Dragon head now can shoot fire charge

Add Sight Effect:

- Negative Sight: Player see what enderman see. Brew from night vision potion + eye of ender

- Division Sight: Player see what spider see. Brew from night vision potion + spider eye

- Verdant Sight: Player see what creeper see. Brew from night vision potion + emerald

Remove swinging hand while dragon head shoot projectile (it's block the screen too much)
