1. Fixed a bug where the Wither would attack players.

2. Fixed a bug where naturally spawned zombies had shields.

3. Significantly nerfed Diamond Steve, removing his Whirlwind, Sweep, and Execution triggers, and reducing his near-death recovery and shield break abilities. He's now much easier to deal with.

4. Added a new configuration file: players can adjust the spawn rate of naturally spawning Steve.
