Fixes Ender IO and Integrated dynamics compatibility recipes for the Extractor.
JEI integration still WIP for extractor rendering blockstates in UI. This means you still can't hover over the blocks or click on them for more info yet, but the orientations should be correct.
Internal experiments are happening, so there may be a little instability during beta phase.
