[FIXES] Tanks were shy when loading into the distant reaches of the world. While they would still function, they wouldn't show that they are a tank. (Basically there was a race condition that is only present in REALLY long distances from 0,0. This should resolve the issue, but it is more the duct tape gif on the broken wall at the moment.)

[FIXES] Tanks are SUPPOSED to fade out as you get further away, while I am still not happy with the result thus far, they should now be more usable for those using Render Distance 2... please don't use Render Distance 2 though if you can avoid it đŸ˜‚ the game has so many visual elements that are great... when you can perceive them!
