What's new

Bug Fixes

  • Chat mascot no longer duplicates on every world join — at login the wolf's chunk often isn't loaded yet, so the existence check failed and spawned a new wolf each time. The mod now waits ~20s of consecutive misses before respawning, saves the new UUID immediately, and automatically removes any duplicate mascots (wolves with the mascot name but a different UUID) found near players.
  • !warden no longer falls into holes or silently digs away — the Warden used to spawn 3 blocks from the player at the same height, so near a cliff/hole it spawned mid-air and fell; and since it spawned with no anger, after ~60s it dug back into the ground and vanished. It now searches for solid ground (falling back to the player's position) and spawns already angry at the player, so it attacks instead of leaving.

What's New

  • Daily Mutation — every day a passive world modifier is drawn from 12 mutations (double mob loot, double XP, lunar gravity, permanent Speed I, no fall damage, harmless "confetti" creepers that leave a gift, double-speed day cycle, eternal midnight, slow hunger, −25% command cooldowns, periodic horror scares, Strength I + extra mobs). The pick is deterministic from the calendar date + channel name: restarting Minecraft or re-entering the world never re-rolls it — same day, same mutation. Announced on screen and in Twitch chat at session start; viewers can check it anytime with the new !mutazione info command.
  • Mascot kidnapping event — every 30–60 minutes of play there's a chance a Pillager ("🏴 Rapitore della mascotte") kidnaps the chat mascot and holds it 60–100 blocks away. You get 5 minutes to track it down (actionbar shows distance + direction + timer) and kill the kidnapper: success frees the mascot (+5 gratitude XP, hearts, celebration); failure brings it back sad — it loses one level and its aura is disabled for 30 minutes. Announced in game and in Twitch chat.
  • Real-weather sync — opt-in: just enter your city name (setup wizard step 4, or Options → XoxoCraft options → "🌦 Meteo reale", or weather.sync.city in the config) and the in-game overworld weather mirrors the real weather outside your window (clear / rain / thunderstorm). Coordinates are resolved automatically via the free open-meteo geocoding API (no key required), weather polled every 10 minutes; settings changes apply without restarting.
  • Automatic sub anniversaries — when a resub hits a milestone (6 months, or any multiple of 12), a special celebration replaces the standard message: dedicated "🎂 ANNIVERSARIO!" title, totem sound, full heal for everyone, a commemorative named cake, 12 fireworks, and a thank-you from the bot in Twitch chat. Milestones of 24+ months also award +1 skip charge to the channel.
  • !super — subscriber-exclusive mega-effect roulette — subscribers get a personal !super command that triggers one of 10 spectacular outcomes (diamond rain, scenic lightning storm, hero buff pack, 500 XP, guaranteed netherite jackpot, fake-explosion circus, baby-animal invasion, firework show, personal chaos, mystery egg from bat to Warden). Uses per stream scale with the sub tier (T1=1 · T2=2 · T3=3, read from the IRC badges= tag — no API calls); the broadcaster can always use it. Non-subs get a polite invitation to subscribe. Big on-screen title + Twitch chat announcement on every roll.
  • Twitch Raid → in-game invasion — when another streamer raids the channel, an invasion starts in game: a horde of zombies named "⚔ Raider di <channel>" scaled to the raid size (3–40 mobs), raid-horn sound and a full-screen title for every player. Raids with 50+ viewers also spawn a Ravager named after the raiding streamer. The bot automatically thanks the raider in Twitch chat. Detected via the IRC USERNOTICE msg-id=raid tags (msg-param-displayName, msg-param-viewerCount) — no extra API scope needed.
